Boris Kozyrev
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and a researcher at Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH).
My research lies at the intersection of applied econometrics and macroeconomic forecasting. I focus on forecast combination, regularization, and (sometimes) machine-learning methods for improving economic predictions making them tractable and policy-relevant.
You can contact me at boris.kozyrev@iwh-halle.de and find my CV here.
I am on the 2026/2027 academic Job Market.
